2009: EXERCISE TO MUSIC AWARD. Level 2 including exercise and fitness knowledge. Exercise to music.
2010: POSTURAL STABILITY INSTRUCTOR. Level 4 Specialist Exercise Instructor. Training Course.
2012: LIFETIME AWARDING LEVEL 3. Diploma in Exercise Referral.
2013: AQUATIC COMMUNITY CARE. Exercise to participants who may have age related illnesses, musculoskeletal disorders or those who require a rehab programme following surgery or injury.
2014: Community Hydrotherapy Training.

2007-08​:
Qualified in 2007 as an Extend instructor working with Walsall Falls Prevention Programme and Walsall PCT delivering Extend Falls prevention programme.

2008-2021​:
Delivering Falls Prevention programme for Walsall Council – Sports and Leisure – Active Steps exercise plus Falls Prevention programmes in collaboration with NHS.

2022-Current​:
PAL Fitness programme. Delivering Falls Prevention exercises plus maintenance and rehabilitation classes.
