PAL Early independence protection programme is a 12 week programme, free of charge to support adults aged 50+ to engage in specialised movement to build strength and help maintain independence!

All sessions are on Tuesdays 10:30-11:30, then 30 minutes for a hot drink.

Session Dates:
1st September, 15th September, 22rd September, 29th September, 6th October, 13th October, 20th October, 27th October, 3th November, 10th November, 17th November, 24th November

You are expected to attend as many dates as possible, and please do let us know if you cannot attend a specific date.
